The Green Valley Market is very much a family business.  A visit on any given day will find Joann, Colin and their children keeping fresh Island produce on the shelves, meeting people, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

When the Craig Family became the proud owners of the Green Valley Market in 2008, they set about renovating and rearranging the interior to create a pleasurable shopping environment.  Continuing to expand the variety of products they offer, the Craigs first focused on ensuring the market was offering premium PEI items, with an eye towards growing to include specialty items from the other Maritime provinces.  Then of course, there are the fun activities that the Craigs have developed for people of all ages.  Please visit our Activities Page for information about our ever-changing events

With the Green Valley Market, the Craigs have created a family-friendly experience influenced by PEI’s changing seasons and the Market’s rural setting.   About the food items the market offers, Joann is quick to say, “If I wouldn't feed it to my family, I wouldn't sell it to yours!”
